| The challenge of creating an effective and succint identity form has been a fascination of mine. This section contains a few of my more noble attempts. |

| The logo I created for my college (R.I.T.) employer: The Center for Multidisciplinary Studies. An abstraction suggestting the centralized yet varied natures of the progams offered throgh the CMS. A formal but "new" feel was desired (and achieved). |
The Drabblecast, an audio fiction magazine, for which I act as art director, needed a piece of 'official' branding, and I obliged with what appears above. It needed to be atypical and distinctive, like the show itself. The tentacle mark was salvaged from a circa 1800 anatomical illustration. |
The application line of Counterpoint Systems needed a facelift. And while I couldn't uproot the use of Impact as a font (yuck), I could class up the general presentation. Click the larger version button to see more examples from this series. |

| An older logoform that I'm particulairly proud of. Working on 3 layers: the A and V letter forms (the company's initials), a line structure suggesting movement ("active"), all in the shape of an eye ("visual"). |
My personal logo, which combines visual elements important to my sense of self. A form suggesting a 'space invader' type classic game sprite, the tentacles of a Lovecraftian nightmare, a general shape suggesting a film canister, and hidden subtly in the 'eyes' - my name (Bo). |
The emblem of a Rochester area BBQ chain - Sasquatch BBQ. My design was centered on 'appetizing' and 'inviting' colors and shapes. |
